On February 26.02. 2015 at 16:00 the Branch of the HFC will host a lecture byIrina Timokhova from Odessa Museum of Western and Oriental Arts entitled “The Greek World, the Greek Myth”.

The lecturer will discuss the world of Greek art drawing upon a mosaic of our knowledge about antiquity. Great philosophers, writers and sculptors will become closer to us. The familiar and somewhat forgotten images of the Olympics, epheboi, architecture, vase-painting, sculptures and feasts will come alive and speak about the world of Hellas.
