The Odessa Branch of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture organizes the book presentation “The Mavrokordatos Family in the Russian Empire: the history of the family in documents and facts” by Valeriy Tomazov on March 26 at 16:00.
This is the third book in the series of “Families from Chios Island in Odessa” financed by Greek-Ukrainian Chamber and Mr Polihronopoulos.
In this research Valeriy Tomazov, the head of the department of the genealogical and herald researches of the Institute of History of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, covers the life and public activity of the representatives of the famous and powerful Mavrokordatos Family settled in the territory of Russian Empire.
