The director and the employees of the Branch of the Hellenic Foundation for Culture together with the honorary citizens of the city, its government, the Consulate General, the Greek community and the school children laid flowers to the monument of G. G. Marazli. This is the way to commemorate the Odessa founders: Duke de Richelieu, J. M. de Ribas, M. S. Vorontsov and G. G. Marazli.
